Shipping methods

All international orders are shipped by using UPS.

The price of shipping will be added to the purchase. You can see the estimated price of shipping after adding products to the cart in cart summary. The price depends on the weight of the products and the shipping destination.

The products will be shipped in 24 hours from the order. The delivery time is specified in the quotation or purchase order. MILECTRIA shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of delay. The Products can be delivered in one or more installments.

Quotes

Currently, you can request a quote by sending an email to us mqs(a)milectria.fi or by phone +358 50 3777 919. Please, specify which products you would like to be included in the quote, quantity of each product, and by which date the products need to be delivered.

You can add out of stock -products to the quote and Milectria staff will contact you with estimate availability date.

A written Quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise noticed or agreed.

Prices

Unless otherwise specified, VAT and any other tax or duty payable by the Purchaser shall be added to the price.

The prices all in euros and the payments need to be made in Euros unless another currency has been agreed on in writing by the parties. In case the price is agreed in other currency than EUR and the change in the exchange rate is more than +/- 5 % MILECTRIA reserves the right to correct the price of the Products. Change is determined between the date of delivery and the date of Purchase.
